Speaking about the programme, Michael Flynn, Director of Executive Education at Trinity Business School said:

“Being able to communicate with impact and influence is an essential skill for effective leaders. In these unprecedented times, where complexity and uncertainty abound, it requires even more attention. We designed this new online programme to meet the needs of executive leaders who want to increase their managerial efficiency and maximise their abilities to change behaviours within their organisations, even in a remote work environment. This course, led by renowned Trinity academics and the Communications Clinic experts is an exciting add-on to our suite of successful leadership programmes”

Eoghan Tomás McDermott said:

“Impactful communication is essential for the success of every Executive Leader, whether that’s inspiring your staff, connecting with your customers, or working with your board. With remote working a huge part of our everyday lives now, senior leaders are finding it more challenging to do this effectively. Through a mix of practical exercises led by The Communications Clinic, combined with cutting edge research from Trinity Business School academics, we’re going to help them have impact in this new workplace”.
