Tournament run by the European Tour will take place at Lahinch Golf Club this July
The Communications Clinic has been appointed on a two-year contract to provide public relations services to the European Tour for the 2019 and 2020 Dubai Duty Free Irish Open.
The 2019 Dubai Duty Free Irish Open will be the second of eight Rolex Series tournaments on the Race to Dubai, and will take place at Lahinch Golf Club from the 4th to the 7th of July. With a prize fund of US$7 million and a host of world-class players travelling to Irish shores for the July showpiece, this is the first time that the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open will take place in Co. Clare.
Lahinch has the perfect mix of sport and social with great pubs and restaurants sitting alongside a surfing and golfing paradise. With 2014 winning Ryder Cup Captain Paul McGinley acting as host for the 2019 tournament, the event promises to deliver golf of the highest standard on a course ranked among the best in the world.
