In late 2017, we approached Chef Adrian Martin to become an ambassador for our client, Manor Farm. Once Adrian, who regularly appears on TV3’s Six O’Clock Show, agreed, we started to plan the announcement. We came up with hosting a unique cooking experience with Chef Adrian at Cooks Academy in Dublin City Centre.

The purpose of the evening was not only to announce Manor Farm’s new brand ambassador but also to gain as much exposure for Manor Farm and one of their newest products, chicken mince. On the evening, Chef Adrian created three recipes using chicken mince and one recipe using Omega 3 chicken. After Adrian’s demo, the attendees were invited to make their own chicken mince spring rolls in a Masterchef style cooking experience.

Along with owning social media on the evening, we also got national coverage from the event. As well as that, we have opened doors for new partnerships for our client, Manor Farm.
