Whether you’re an executive in aircraft leasing, a nurse looking at a promotion, an accountant preparing to get on partner track or a solicitor moving from public to private practice, our consultants - through experience and training - are uniquely positioned to help you prepare effectively.
In advance of your session, and after a chat with our Careers Coordinator, your consultant will review the job spec along with your CV and any other relevant documents you have.
They’ll then tailor the session to meet your specific needs.
Whatever role you’re preparing for, our training will give a clear understanding of how to illustrate your ability to carry out the role, help you develop answers that showcase your relevant strengths and skills and actively listen to the panel’s questions.
Course Outcomes
By the end of the training, you will know how to:
Plan and prepare for any interview confidently, authentically and effectively
Identify the needs of the employer, anticipate questions and listen to understand
Illustrate in a relevant, understandable and memorable way your ability to carry out the role
Explain your motivation for the role in a concise and evidence-based way
Manage your nerves so they don’t impact your performance on the day
Create an impactful, persuasive and well-structured presentation - if required

Can you run this training remotely?
Yes. Don’t worry if you can’t make it to our office. All of our courses are adaptable and can be delivered just as effectively on any online platform.
We have adapted our offering to fully replicate the experience online. Working remotely, we can still record your mock interview, play it back live and assess it together.
And then give you a clear road map to improvement.
How long does the course take?
About 90 minutes and it’s one-to-one.
